Designed by the Greek architect Yussuf Bushnaq.

Sultan Hassan mosque was built in 1356AD, while Ar-Rifa'i mosque was in 1912AD.

Abu Al-Abbas Al-Mursi Mosque, Alexandria
Built in 1775AD by the Algerians over the tomb of the thirteenth century Andalusan saint Ahmed al-Abu al0 Abbas al-Mursi who had joined and then lead the Shadhali brotherhood.

Beautiful images. Have you looked into Mughal Masjids? They are really amazing because they take the strictly canon based design of timur and fuse it with ornate hindustani design.
